Every Adrenalin Jive evening our doors will be open 15 minutes prior to the first lesson so you can meet our friendly team and find out more about the evenings format. On your very first evening please allow 10 minutes to complete a Membership Form and receive your membership details.

Beginners

If you are new to Adrenalin Jive or an Improver then this is the class for you. We will guide you step by step through a simple routine of 3 or 4 moves which can be picked up very quickly even if you have never danced before or have got two  left feet. All dancers are rotated during the class so you can meet new partners and help each other with the basics. At the  end of 30 minutes you will be able to dance this routine again and again.

Freestyle - Part 1

FREESTYLE! Time to turn up the music and for you to refresh the moves that you have just learnt, grab a drink at the bar or catch up with other dancers before taking the Refresher or Intermediate class.

Progressive Intermediates

This is for dancers that have gained the basics of the Beginners moves (having attended Adrenalin Jive for six weeks or more at Beginner level) and where you can develop style by adding a few more technical and sometimes challenging twists to moves that you already know and new moves to impress your friends!

BEGINNER REFRESHER - Simultaneously to the second class we repeat the first class in another area, (not applicable to East Dean) this enables new beginners to try the moves for a second time with our team, ask any questions and gain confidence in a relaxed atmosphere.

Freestyle - Part 2

FREESTYLE! Time to enjoy the remainder of the evening, practice your moves, meet other dancers and have fun in a party atmosphere.
